Boulevardier
The whiskey Negroni. Bourbon, Campari, sweet vermouth. Rich, bitter, deeply satisfying. Created in 1920s Paris.
Negroni
Equal parts gin, Campari, sweet vermouth. Bitter, boozy, unapologetic. The gateway drink for people who claim to hate bitter drinks.
Daiquiri
White rum, lime, sugar. Three ingredients, shaken hard. The most underrated cocktail in existence, once you forget the frozen version exists.
Margarita
Tequila, lime, orange liqueur. The most ordered cocktail in America, and one of the most frequently ruined by sour mix.
Naked and Famous
Mezcal, yellow Chartreuse, Aperol, lime, all equal parts. A modern classic, smoky instead of herbal. Deceptively easy, dangerously drinkable.
